Even though I've clicked the link to be recognized as a valid registered user of vBulletin and I've filled in my valid email addresses as recorded by vBulletin.com, but the message below does not go away. I've also written vBulletin.org twice thru Contact Us and have not gotten a response.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Yeah that happens a lot. Make sure your email address here and in that link that you were given match and if it does then I guess it will just be a waiting game.

Thanks. I finally got it to go away. I had to update my email address here and then I had to remove the extra email address I had at vbulletin.com. I just made the first one in the form match the one listed as the owner's (which is me).
