New Thread/ New Post count on Forum Home

Hey All,

Asked over on vB.com and they said ask here. :) Is there any way to display on forumhome How many new threads & new posts have been made since a user last visited. Also, would it be possible to do this on a forum by forum basis? So basically forum home would have the total number of new threads and new posts on it and each forum would have how many new threads/ posts were made in each individual forum...
