I purchased the apocalypse skin from them a while back and I need some help with it. It's a deadlink now.

Even if the site was still online you wouldn't have been able to get support for that skin. I bought the same skin myself back then. A few days after the skin was placed for sale, they pulled it due to a dispute between the skin owner and ravio.
