Relatively cheap home theater system

$150 for a 500W system. Mine cost $285 on sale at Circuit City for 550W, but mine is a Sony and likely far better quality than this one. Mine also came with a full-blown receiver and no DVD player, and this one integrates them (yuck).

Home Threater Systems aren't that bad, I've gone a surround sound system connected to my Xbox, so when I shoot someone I can really hear the blood splatter :D And since I had the DVD playback kit, DVDs sounds really good:)

It wasn't that expensive either. (?60, $109)

I brought a surround sound system for my pc last summer, The amp on it kicks some ass :) And the wires were long enough to strech to the other side of the room which is allllll gooooood :)

Only bad side was i had to buy a new 9.1 sound card at the time so that i could use the surround sound :)

I agree with assassingod though, makes games sound like heaven
