Hack for Notepad in User CP?

I would like to request a hack for a Notepad or sorts in someone's user CP. I have seen similar 'notepads' on other boards.

IB have had it since version 1.1, that's a nice part
vb3 have a usernote but I see nothing with it >_<
maybe the gold version will have it
