Tools for my VB

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me on this thread either suggest certain hacks, etc. for accomplishing what I need for my vb.

- I will need a link directory, but not an ugly one like most of the hacks that are around ( no offense - you guys are programmers usually, not designers ) and one that allows me to add "sponsored links" for a certain amount of time.

- hot or not script

- realty script ( for rent, selling houses )

- book sell/buy
