haveing trouble installing Shoutbox_v1.03d_[2004-02-29]

I can't get the url when installing to work. I changed the admin cp folder name to a different name for sercurity reasons and just took out admin cp in the url and replaced it with the new name. It still doesn't work. What I'm I doing wrong? Could someone please help???? :ermm:
