WYSIWYG Editor only for usergroup x?

Hello,

we are on the move to vB3 and would need the option to provide usergroup 'x' with the WYSIWYG Editor, but not usergroup 'y'.

We want to prevent that 'Y' -e.g. newbies- may spam our forums with text in red, big letters.

Perfect imo would be the possibility to set this option depending on different usergroups in the Usergroup Manager.
