Forum jump in nav bar

I like the style of the drop down menus in the nav bar and I want to be able to let my members change forums without having to go to the main page. Does anyone know of an easy way to add a drop down that will list categories/forums?

Thanks for the suggestion. I was planning on doing that if there was no other solutions. I was actually looking for a way that will automatically fill the content. Similar to the forum jump at the bottom of the page except formatted like the nav bar drop down.

he wanted an autopopulating nav bar of forums which i think wood b well usefull;)
