Does this exist?

I'm looking for a way that users can fill out a form, similar to the following:

Movie name: ___
Actor: ___
Review: ____

And then have other people pull it up and have the option of ranking it... then when it gets pulled up again, for the ranks to be cumulative.

I'm sure there is a way via mysql and php but I'm bewildered and would like it if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks!

i dont recall such a hack, you would probibly have to request someone to code it for you

Thanks for the quick response! This isn't meant to be a VB hack but a general html/php/mysql program. Just trying to setup a system similar to netflix/amazon's where people can submit reviews on something and then click a star to rank it.
