Banner clicks?

I currently have a java script running for rotating banners, this works ok but I need more functionality...

For example a page to view the banner clicks & views made by guests and members. (viewable for the banner sponsors for their own banner)

Is this difficult to do?

Integrates well with vBulletin. It's a bit of a complicated system but very flexible.
