I honestly like the layout of vb2 a lot more than vb3. I've heard there was an "old style" setting for vb3, does anyone have a sample of what that looks like?
and if I upgraded from vb2 to vb3, how hard is it to convert the database?

If this is what you are looking for: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php?styleid=6
When you upgrade from vB2 to vB3, the upgrade script will do the database conversion for you so you don't have to worry about that.

I think he might be refering to the postbit legacy featured (here) with the info on the left instead of ontop :)
its just a setting to change in the AdminCP :)

I understand that it's something that can be changed in the admin cp, but what does it look like once it's changed?
robin_ge: that link didn't work :(

IF you wish to see the postbit in vB3's default layout, then just look at the posts on www.vbulletin.com as they are laid out like it there.
