Quote of the Moment System!

It would be nice if someone made one, there are quite a few of them for Invision. Feature suggestions:


Turn the quote bar on/off in admincp
Group Permissions (add/edit/delete/auto-accept)
Multilined quotes
Seach quotes
The ability to rate quotes
Top x rated quotes
Top x viewed quotes
Ability to moderate quotes from members
Random quote display


That would really be an awesome hack here, usefull for many thousands of forums.
