automatic Bann for X Days by too much views without Reply or Posts

can that be done?

if a user too much view Postsings in the Forum withous any Reply or New Post becomes it automatically are time Bann for for X days - possibly as extension for Warning System by Erwin ???

I think this is a bad idea... why ban some of the forum lurkers, I dont post here much, but I lurk like crazy.
