Mail list/reflector & Forum "mirroring" like M2F?

Is there anything available for vBulletin that support Mail list/reflector & Forum "mirroring" like M2F (references below)?

I'm basically looking for groups.yahoo.com functionality with vBulletin-like thread views and capability. M2F looks as if it's phpBB only thus far.

I haven't tried it yet, though, and am far from a position to do so. I'm just researching right now. M2F looks pretty far along and appears to have a significant following.

Mailgust is three softwares in one:

This is much better than a hodgepodge of phpBB, M2F and listserv applications. Instead, Mailgust combines these exactly into the way you are looking for. They have a great support forum in case you encounter any snags.

(If you don't see this site up, they may be in the middle of the transition which is supposed to be any week now.)

That's definitely an option, but for those of us that are entrenched with vB, does anyone know of any other options?
