Upgrade Help

I just purchased and had someone install version 2.3.4...Im not to good on this yet but I wanted to upgrade to Version 3 to use the reputation feature. Can anyone help me on how to upgrade? When i go to download the file do I need the full package, XML files only, or package without images? I am using standard images that came with 2.3.4 because they happen to work prefectly with my site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to download the full package and follow the instructions in the Read Me HTML file included in the zip.
