Private forum for users with a certain # of posts?

This might exist but Im wondering if I can set up a forum so where a user reaches a certain number of posts they can see it...I want it to be easy and so I dont have to make any changes to usergroups just for it to be viewable automatically once a user hits a certain number of posts? Anyone help me out?
