I am new to the vb world, and I did a few mods to my default vb style. I recently installed a new style and all the mods I did are gone. Do I have to edit all the templates in the new style now or is there a trick I am missing?

In vB2, you do not have to unless your new style set uses different templates from the other one. If you are using new templates, then yes, you must reapply all template changes.

In vB3, make a master style with all template changes, and they will inherit to child styles except when overridden.

Ok, so if I make all the edits on the default style, and I add another style and set it's parent style as the default, then it will inherit all the changes?
