display the last 5 message on a non vb page on the same server but diffent website

i want to display the latest news which is in my news forum on a non vb page. I want it to show about 100 words of the discusion that say more and then it will go to that thread thread. kind of like vbportal does it but i need this on a non-vb page. and only this.
