Need major help with bHome (lite) homepage

I downloaded the hack and started reading the instructions. I"m stuck already with step one, I can't find this php file in the adim cp. I knew where it was before on the older version of VB but the new one is different... :ermm:

If you are trying to install vbhome lite on vB3, it won't work. vBulletin 2 hacks don't work on the vBulletin 3. However, there are some alternatives for vBhome for vB3 - such as vBindex by NTLDR.

I'm trying to get a homepage for my vb3 site, I have all the forums setup but don't have a home page..would you say I need to download vBindex? Or what is the easiest way to setup a homepage with info and suck...Thanks!
