I'd very much appreciate if this hack, existing for vb2.x, could be upgraded to work with vb3:

We've used this hack while we were using vB2 with great results - I think we were able to avoid roughly every multiple registration with it.

Now that we've moved to vB3 RC4 we have no further control if there are users who register for a second time.

i'll certainly say that this was something that i am looking for.. on a large forum it really makes a difference when catching banned folk
