vB2 to vB3 import ? [Archive]

Hi,
just wondering if there is an import script to import the vB2 database to vB3 database.
I't would be good to be able to install a clean version of vB3 and just import the forums, posts and users

AFAIK vB3 comes with vB2-Update-Scripts by default.

Its called upgrade.php :)
