HTML E-mails from AdminCP

Has anyone done any work in being able to send HTML e-mails from the AdminCP?

It looks like they've changed everything in email.php, and it's not jumping out at me. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I don't use vB3 but I used to send out HTML e-mails on my vB2 by using CSS if that's any help.

personally i'd like two boxers in the acp options where you could make the html header and the html footer for your emails and then just add the body on a per-email basis :)

but you'd also need the user option to select emails in text format of html, so it's not really a simple job but i think my way would be the best way :)

I don't need the user option for text/html, and don't care about the HTML header/footer, because I can easily add them to the body myself. All I need is the right place to put the Content-type so I can send them out in HTML format...
