I will structure the idea cause my english sometimes is not very clear:
For calculating the results of a vote, the hack would:
->take the information out of a user's profile
->this information (for ex.: town=San Francisco) has previousliy been given an indice (like 0,9 or 0,5)
->this indice would determin the calculation of the result for the poll at a declared question
The idea behind is when we have a question like (what would the government have to do in order to make S.F. the most beautiful town in the USA? (->lets the user choose different answers from a list). The hack would give more voting power to those users living in S.F as for those living in Canada. Of course, only for this particular question.
I'd love to see this hack but I'm not able to code. So, what do you think of it?
