Notification Emails in HTML

I've noticed that the notification / alert of new post emails that are generated by VB don't contain any HTML code (other than the link to where the post is). It will strip out the VB code and just leave it as plain text and HTML code is just left as HTML code.

I'd like to have it actually parse the code and create an HTML email. Anyone?

I second the motion! When a post contains HTML the email sent out is terrible.

Anyone know what it would take to make vB HTML compliant?

I'd like it just to go ahead and display the vb code in the emails like it used to. Is there a reason that line breaks aren't preserved? Can it be fixed?
