change/remove fields from admin add user page

I add all my users myself (VB3 RC3) and I would like to remove some of the fields (birthday, aol, icq, etc) and change some of the defaults (pmpopup etc.) where do I find this info in vb3, I've searched all over to find nothing. :(

those fields are created in admincp/user.php in the section add / edit user.

as adding and editing uses the same formular, you may not want to remove the fields ;)
