Mod can give access to special Users

Im searching for a hack that allows Mods to give permissions to special users for the forum which is moderated by the moderator :rolleyes:

not really !

a leader of a group can just invite users that subscribred to that public group.

And I want that the moderator of a special forum can do that. Independently from any public groups and usersubscribtions.
