Has anybody considered converting these over to vB 3.x? (Well, the birthday email is already in vB 3.x...)
They were popular features on our forums, I'm sure they were popular elsewhere as well.

I will port my own hack myself (ie Greet Xth post of member). My other hack (greet birthdays) is already a default feature in Vb3. I dont know about the other hack but I'd say ask to its author.
BTW. I feel urge to say that I really do not appreciate seeing vb3 "porting" requests for my own hacks. I'm an active member here and I never told I will not port my hacks. If someone requested a recoding of a similiar hack, I would understand that, but in all such threads just "porting" is requested and it is really not nice to port someoneelse's code without his permission (if not already illegal!). I see it kind of stealing and it raises the question that should I ever not share my code here in the first place. :ermm:
Please understand that hack users migration to VB3 does not mean that all hack authors should also start using VB3 right away. I have my own reasons to wait for a more stable VB3 to migrate my own board. I also have a lot of hacks (released and unreleased) to work on so it is not fair to expect all vb2 hacks to be ported to vb3 within a short time. This applies to me and many other hack authors who have advanced or too many hacks to port.
It is nice to know that your hacks are in demand and people can not do without them, but it is not nice to see porting request threads here without even I'm asked whether I will port it myself or not.

Dude, I'd love to see that for vB3! any ETA on that? :)

Logician, my apologies...I never meant it for other people besides the original authors to do the work. I did post it in a way though that would leave some doubt to that however, as you remarked about. Thanks for the reply and I look forward to your newer version as you have time to update it.
