PN notification when a moderated User posted

Hi,
i search for an Hack, that Mods/Admins become an PN/Mail, when a moderated User post a Thread/reply.

So the mod can faster moderate the Thread.

Seems very usefull to me too, dont need advanced options just a popup or something that thaere is a waiting message

Does nobody else start with new users under moderation?
