Quick question

I noticed when clicking on a users name over to the left, you get a drop down box that has profile, you can email, or pm the user ect.. is this a hack or built into VB3 rc2? also noticed the search and quick links have the same drop down box, very very cool....

Yep, its all built into vB3's new style in Gamma and above :)

That's interesting because it doesn't seem to work like that on my VB3 forum. If I click on the username I go to the profile, if I click on the little vb icon next to the name I get the drop down box, am I missing a setting in the admincp?

you probally have bad or changed templates ;D try rverting them :)

go into your vB settings and look for "Use DHTML Popup Menus?" ... set it to YES

yea, what he said. You have to enable to the dhtml menus for the profiles, search and quick links... pretty cool...
