Different "reply"- and "new thread"-button for every forum

Hey folks,

I was wondering if this is possible: I want to put in every forum a different reply button. For example: The forum with the id 3 should get reply3.gif, id5 reply5.gif, and so on.

Has anybody an idea how to make this possible?

Use something like newreply$forumid.gif (or newreply$thread[forumid].gif on showthread) to get the id of the forum. I don't use vB2 so I can't remember the exact variable.
