On the main forum index the table header (forum, last post, threads, posts) is showing up on top of the Category strips how do i fix this so that the category strips are on top?

try vbulletintemplates.com just about any visual looks / html :)

Im trying to get my forum index to look like every other forum: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/
Instead the forum-last post-thread-posts is on top and the General Coding part is on the bottom

n00belit id suggest STOP trying to copy vBulletin.org's style :) its not a good idea :)
because there is several howtos released by me Saintdog and Floris on how to do what your asking :)
