When a forum isn't a forum-can this be done?

I want to add a forum that can only be accessed by paid membership, I am OK with the access masks, etc.

My problem is this: I don't want it to be a threaded page......I want a table inserted on the page that can be added to.. It would be strickly html and images, purely informational. I want it included in the forum and not a separate html page by itself because I need to just have certain members accessing it.

Is this possible and if so, would you direct me to a thread or sell me a clue?
