Problems with my licence status

Hi,

I've already filled the form in http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php a few days ago and I'm still see the message:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Is there any other thing that I must do in order to get full access to vb.org?

I've had this recently myself. I simply filled in the form again, with the emails in a different order, and hit submit. Now it's all working again.

I had to do it about 3 or 4 times. It eventually worked.

Make sure your email address is entered exactly as it is here in your profile (its case sensitive). Also try entering it in all three boxes.

Oddly enough, I also recieved this message a few minutes ago...

No problems with my members area info, and it dissapeared when I refreshed the page...

I get that alot, but as you said, simple refresh and its gone

the licensed user cache is updatet from time to time :(or better said whenever anyone changes his license)

This sucks i have the same problem i cant get rid of it. All my info is all correct i have tryed changing it so many times. Still says i am unlicensed. :disappointed:

tweak, you're showing up as licensed, so you shouldn't be having any problems.
