REQUEST: Instant PM

Request for version 3.0 RC2:

A new member receives an instant PM from the administrator or the moderator(s). The admin and/or the moderator can access the Instant PM box in their user cp.

I think what he meets is a "greetings pm" when a user first registers to the forum, a bit like the welcome email it`s possible to send, but via pm (I think, I could be wrong though)..

The difference: I would need to be online to send the PM to the new registrant....but with the new hack, once the new member registers, he/she will instantly/automatically receive a PM once the member finished the registration.

So I wouldn't need to be on board or send PM to all new members. It sends automatically thanks to the new hack.
