I got this error in email, how do I fix?

I got an email that had this error in it from my VB. Does anybody know what exactly this error means and how to fix it?

looks like you installed a hack incorrectly

I haven't installed any hacks for some time and I just got this email. Is there anyway to find out what hack could be causing this?
