Hmm, maybe a bug with the wysiwyg editor and this hack.
As it's erwin's hack, he may check it out :)

Fixed. I also fixed the delete PM problem that is NOT part of my hack, but a Gamma bug. ;)

No, there was a real problem. :) I had to move the code around. It's all fixed now. Btw, I didn't get your last PM because of this bug. Please resend it. :)

So if one of the bugs was a GAMMA bug dont you think the upgrade too at least RC2 for awhile is needed? I know you guys are busy though as Xenon has stated before.

there are no serious gamma bugs, so it's not needed to rush now.
we will upgrade when vb3 goes gold :)

As long as you uploaded the 2 files for the secutiry fix, there are no serious bugs. ;)
I forgot about the pm delete button bug with the gamma. I had to get the fix for that when I was running the Gamma. But it was fixed in RC1 and RC2 so I forgot about it. I shouldv'e remembered you guys were still running the gamma here. Sorry about that, Erwin. ;)

Actually, the security hole only affects RC1 and not Gamma. :p

Are you sure? I thought it affected both of them.

Are you sure? I thought it affected both of them. Taken from the RC2 announcement at vB.com:
On Sunday a bug was discovered in the Release Candidate 1 code that we felt represented a security problem, and a patch release was issued. This issue affects only RC1 and only users who registered on the board after RC1 was installed. This bug has been eliminated completely for RC2 and we would recommend that any board running RC1 should upgrade to RC2 as soon as possible.

I stand corrected. ;)

Gamma only had minor bugs. But it sure makes it difficult for people like me who install hacks here and pull their hair out thinking it is a bug due to the hack when it is due to Gamma. LOL!

Well, feel free to upgrade to RC2 Erwin :p
