VB.com pre-sales is very slow to respond so I hope you guys dont mind me asking here. But if you buy a year license. Can you decide on a unlimited license and pay the difference? Or would you have to re-buy the unlimited license?
I am like 98% sure we are going to buy vbull but just want to make sure I get all of the questions answered s their will be no surprises. If someone here is qualified enough to know the answer to these questions and wishes to post that would be very cool.
Thanks in advance

I believe that you can upgrade to an owned license for $85 within 30 days of purchase of a leased license.

There are no unanswered questions in the support system and our current average response time is down to 8 minutes. What are the supprot ticket numbers from the automated responses you received?

I stand corrected it seems the unanswered emails were sent to sales and not support maybe that is why? go figure. Okay wait a minute one I sent to sales 1-7-04 at 855 was answered SID 102740-cde37731
but the ones previous to that 1.1.04 (proabably because of the new year) and 1.4.04 were never answered (no autoreply on these 2). But I was able to get my question answered here so no biggie. But my comment was not a knock on you guys. I just thought it would be faster and easier on you if I ask here. Of course at the time I was unable to get to your site to ask questions. But someone has helped me with that now too. Thanks

Emails to sales@vbulletin.com go to the same support system. If you didn't receive an automated reply, then this means either we never got those emails, or the replies were blocked by your ISP or email client.
The 102740 ticket was answered in 1 hour 31 minutes. This is slower than our average response time, but some of us sleep from time to time. :)
