Can Someone Put a Dot In These 2 Folders For me?

Hello I want to use dotted folders to show which threads I have posted in and I am not sure how to add the dots to an animated gif..


Can someone add a dot to the middle of both these?

i don't like flashing folders, so i didn't make any.
