Supportable - unlicensed?

Hey,

I am listed as supportable on my friends forums and i can get support on vbulletin.com, does that mean that i can request help here or download hacks?

I cant access the vbulletin.com/members/ because i dont have a customer number or password - thats his...so can i still avail of the vbulletin.org service?

As long as he's entered your email in that area then yes. You are showing up as a full member here so I guess he has :)
