Selling vbulletin question..

If I sell my vBulletin license, what is the person that buys getting from me? Are they just getting my members area user name and pass or are they getting a downloaded version of vB?

I think this is something to ask the Support team over at vB.com and not vB.org.

They get your complete license. Which means you loose your member area access, and they get a new login issued to them.

Just selling your login, or a "downloaded version" is software piracy.
