Why do I still show up as unlicensed? Can someone help me? I have entered the correct e-mail address... I did this a month or two ago and still no luck.

I was wondering if my username is showing up as licensed. I want to access support from coreforums.net, but was told I needed to 'activate my account via the standard vBulletin Activation' first (which I thought I did so I am a little confused)... Any help appreciated. Thanks. -mm

I am licensed but I still see the below on the top of all vB pages, and I can't download hacks or post in some forums .... does anyone have any idea? I waited about four hours and still no change.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Try posting your e-mail in all three fields of the form.
