New Users Not Getting Points with Store Hack

I recently moved my 2.3.3 with Lesane's Store Hack (V2, haven't upgraded yet) to a new server. For some reason, users who joined after the server move aren't able to gain any points, even when I try donating to them. I can correct this manually through phpmyadmin, but that's not really a logical solution. My boards are located at http://www.activegaming.net/forums/index.php
