Last Thread Title on forumhome

I have searched for this hack but cannot seem to find it. Its a hack that shows the last thread title on the forums above the date and time it was posted.

Does anyone know where I can find it?

The hack is located in the forumdisplay modifications subforum in the hack forums. The version I like the best is the one done by PPN aka Scott.
