Can i get the German Languase Pack? *urgent*

I do not understand why people keep sending people to vbulletin-germany. To be able to download the language set from their means you have to permantly convert your vbulletin.com account over to the german account. I would like this german langauge pack as well but I do not want to be stuck having to read everything in german. I want the set for my german speaking members but not for myself as I do not understand it. How can we get this german langauge set withouth downloading it from vbulletin-germany is what I want to know? I mean its only a xml file right, so why doesnt someone just attach it here or at vbulletin.com?
