vB3 - cannot post link if <x posts?

Hi there -

Seen a hack around for vB 2.x where new members cannot post a link until they have acheived a certain post count.

Is there such a hack available for any of the vB3 versions? I have a beta 4, beta 6, and a gamma, and would like to apply this hack to each of them. The two beta will be upgraded once I've tested gamma more thoroughly.

Any help much appreciated.

Certainly understood - but now that the template system is apparently finished it seems that it's time to open certain floodgates. :)
