The only thing that is off that I've noticed is the smilies (when on newreply.php). They're just broken, an easy fix :)

The rearrangement done in the graphics folder really messes everything up.
Smilies don't work in the plain green style either.

missing images are server problems most of the time...
nothing stylechanges can fix :)

i'd suggest to use plain green or another imageless style to avoid these problems :)
once the server works better these problems shouldn't occur anymore :)
