You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)
-- I have done everything and am still showing up as unlicensed... I have entered the same email in the 3 spaces for example. Does anybody know what I have to do to be able to view attachments???
PS - Yes I did pay the $160 registration fee :)

Remeber the e-mail is case sensative. Also, updating your profile sometimes sorts it.

Try adding the email into all 3 input boxes.

The tips above are the only we can give, if it doesn't work, you need to contact someone at vb.com

You guys keep saying this but frankly there is nothing we can do. If someone wants to make me an Admin here then I can do something about these. Otherwise you will need to edit these accounts yourselves.

Well this doesn't make much sense. I have searched the forums and done everything you guys said, but I am still unregistered.
I registered this software for the hacks - but if I can't use them what use was it paying the $160US ??? :(

As said there is nothing we can do, as noone of us can check out the license DB.
The general tips are:
1. enter the email (it's case sensitive)
2. enter it into all three fields
3. completly reset the fields and submit, then reenter your addy.
This is all we can do, as the script itself is located at vb.com as it actually influences several sites.
