Edited to say...Nevermind, I see others are having the same problem and it's a problem that has not been fixed yet...also I had in mind the wrong hack.

For the 3rd image you posted, go to your templates and click modify, Search down the list until you find a template called NAVBAR. Replace that template with this code

Hey, thanks for trying to help! :)

The hack I installed, then uninstalled was this one: "Realtime Template Compressor," chich can be found at https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=56589

Someone posted a solution but has only been tested on vB3...I haven't tried it.

I didn't try it because I had already uninstalled the hack. It was happening so many places that until there's a sure fix for the hack I don't think I'll bother. Thank you so much for your suggestion though, I really appreciate it! :)
