Flags Icons

I want to add a country flag to every user on my board and make % stats - where do the most users come from.

1) Are there any collections, where can I download flags of ALL the countries of the world
2) Can I have 3D flags, as shown in the second attachment

vBStats comes with some flag icons...

But there are only some flags, not all the ones I need - for example Tibet or ...

Well I mean they have a hell of a lot of countries there. So you have most of the one's you need. You could just finish the rest yourself - doubt if you're gonna find a bigger set than that.
